Grid iron fever hits Ladies who League! This week we are joined by Renee Targett who will be representing Australia in the Women’s Grid Iron World Cup in June. We discuss all the latest NRL news, spend plenty of time talking about Clint Gutherson and the Eels win over the Cowboys and preview some of the other games coming up on the weekend. Tahlia Tupaea also drops by for a chat about her fantastic season with the Sydney Uni Flames and talks us through the experience of being drafted by the Minnesota Lynx in the WNBA.

The king of breakfast radio returns! Simon Anderson is our special guest on Ladies who League this morning to talk all things rugby league and his beloved Manly Sea Eagles. Australian Wallaroo Mollie Gray stops by for a chat and we hear from Liz Ellis, former Australian Diamond to talk us through the stoush between Netball Australia and the state bodies.

Happy Easter from the Ladies who League family. This morning Mary K is joined by Pam Whaley from Big League magazine to wrap up all the footy results. Mitch Barnett from the Newcastle Knights drops by for a chat and we talk about the importance of Mental Health with Dan Hunt, a former player for the St. George Illawarra Dragons and now an NRL State of Mind Ambassador.

Last week, Todd Greenberg told us that a week is a long time in rugby league and after the last week – we agree. The Wests Tigers, Penrith Panthers and Cooper Cronk are big talking points with our panel before we interview Australia’s first ever taekwondo world champion Carmen Marton on how she’s tracking after Rio.

This week’s episode of Ladies who League is a special extended episode with CEO of the NRL Todd Greenberg and Lara Pitt from FOX Sports.  We chat to Todd about all things footy including the coming women’s comp, the bunker and who his davourite teams are.  We also catch up with Jillaroo Elliana Walton for a chat.

We’re already up to Round 4 in the NRL with plenty of highlights to discuss.  CEO of the Australian Paralympic Committee Lynne Anderson joins us to talk about her love for league and the success of the Rio Paralympics. It’s also AFLW GF weekend, so we give the queen of women’s AFL – Susan Alberti – a call.

Happy International Women’s Day Week! This week, the group are excited about Round 2 in the NRL, the WNBL Ground Final series and  you guessed it, celebrating IWD! There’s Around the Grounds too and coach of the Sydney Uni Flames Cheryl Chambers joins us to chat Basketball.

This week on Ladies who League, we’re joined by Jacinda Barclay from the GWS Giants and Katherine Loughlan from Fox Sports.  We cover round 1 of the NRL, AFLW and talk to Jacinda about her career across multiple sports including baseball, grid iron and AFL.

The 2017 NRL season has finally launched and this week Mary K is joined by Fatima Kdouh from the Daily Telegraph and Maddie Studdon from the Australian Jillaroos to preview the NRL season and there are some big predictions made. For fans of Ladies who Legspin, Ashleigh Gardner also drops in for a chat about the Southern Stars recent tour in New Zealand.

This week we celebrate the launch of the Super Netball with guests Amanda Lulham and Emma Lawrence.  Shooter Kristina Brice gives us a peek inside the GIANTS netball team camp, we discuss why female athletes are happy to embrace their role model status  and AFLW continues to be a hot topic.

Yes! We are right into pre-season for the new NRL season. Mary K is back form the Auckland Nines and joined by Amanda Shalala to talk NRL and AFLW.

Sarah Groube joins the panel to preview the W-Leaue final and we go ‘Around the Grounds’ to hear what else is happening in sport.

Ahead of the Auckland Nines, Mary K caught up with Canberra Raiders five-eighth Blake Austin to talk about all things pre-season, bromances and the importance of women in league.  Excuse the fuzzy audio, there were plenty of very excited young Raiders around having a giggle as I did the interview.

It’s finals predictions time!

With a funny twist to end the season, both the Sydney Sixers and Perth Scorchers men’s and women’s teams will battle it out at the WACA tomorrow.

We hear from the leading wicket takers, Sixers seamer Sarah Aley and Perth spinner Emma King and make our predictions for the big finish.

As we near the BBL and WBBL finals, Mary K and Britt talk the prospects and star performers.  We give Sam Perry from The Grade Cricketer a ‘Dummies Guide’ to women’s cricket and debunk a couple of myths about both sides of the game.

With so many games in the WBBL and BBL, Mary K and Britt are slightly bleary-eyed and sleep deprived, but loving the constant influx of cricket.

We hash over all our favourite highlights from both formats in the lead up to the finals and Southern Star Holly Ferling shares the story behind her trademark ribbons, how the Brisbane Heat’s international signings have fit in and what they are hoping to do to improve their 50/50 season.

Two special guests this week join us on Ladies who Legspin this week – former Australian cricketer Nathan Bracken tells us who should be heading to India, predicts the top two teams for BBL06 and tells us what it’s like facing the pressure as a death bowler.  New Zealand captain Suzie Bates also joins us to discuss why the Kiwis are going so well in the WBBL and the Perth Scorchers form leading up to their clash with the Sydney Sixers.
